Revit Full Timber Framed House Modelling Tutorial - Part 002

As the title says, in this Revit House Modelling Series, we're going to fully model a timber framed house, meaning the structural timber frame inside the house as well, to understand how Revit works and how the house/bungalow is structured.
In part 002, we're continuing with modelling the house by cutting the walls and setting them apart, and changing the window frame materials.

You might notice that I've mixed the black and white parts of the wall up. You'll know what to do to switch them as I've done in the thumbnail.

After Mirroring the windows with renderred walls, I found it a little bit confusing. So, what I did was, I had mirrored the windows only . The ones that you mixed up, split them and reapplied the render. Finally realigned the render.

Yes that works too, I attempted to mirror the split walls right inside the big wall to save time, but I admit that it does look confusing. Glad you got it right. I'll just note that mirroring the windows will cause problems with tagging them for schedules, it's actually best to drop them in one by one. I'll make a mention of this in a video.

Why don't we copy the windows and then split the wall? when I tried to copy the windows including the splitted it was really hard!

@@DrawingTechnical Yup, solved. Thanks. But it seems to me that the rendering in the photo is the opposite what we did here in Revit - I mean Dark and white color. Right?
