Nicely done Andy. Those three trees have great potential. A nice thing about the species is that in nature they have very unique root systems. You could always feature the existing systems as opposed to trying to over manage them. I’ll be sure to follow these into the future. Thanks, keep growing

Excited to see where these go. I’m currently attempting a fairly large air layer on my 6 yr old 10’ tall BC in the ground, fingers crossed I get 2 from it but the base will make it regardless and the trunk finally got flares last season and is massive, so I’m letting those flares fatten up and out she comes next spring. Nice work man! Good luck!

Too cold for me to work outside like you are. Right now it is 25F/-4C. At least you can work on these trees in comfort. Nice root system on the both of them.

Still cant get over how good that taper looks and i have been looking up pictures of bald cypress trees so these are gonna look very natural and very good in 4 years your gonna have people drooling over them i bet. Are these all going to be planted together?
