This is a South African church. Often referred to as the Zion Church. What they are doing is called ukugwaba (pronounced oo-kuh-gwa- ba) [gwa - pronounce it as gua in guava] [ba - pronounce it as ber in October]. You will probably come across other videos where you see this coordinated dance-like movement. This is all in the glory of God.
