Agree. Remember when this came out in my first year of uni. Was so excited for the release as i only recently became a fan. Remember being disappointed when it dropped but listening back now I really enjoyed castle/arose, framed, in your head, tragic endings. But god, some tracks are truly unlistenable like that chorus on offended.

Interesting listen to your thoughts. This is probably the only em album I have never even heard straight through due to a lot of weird samples, weird concepts, weird references to the songs he sampled and such. But I am REALLY happy the album happened and was recieved poorly because i believe it gave him the fire back again a little bit and I have enjoyed every album after this very much, minus a few tracks.

Abysmal album. I remember when the tracklist was released and the features told me this album was made via a comitee. Had some really poor production, cringey dad joke bars. It got the criticism it deserved on release.

I’d completely fell off Eminem at the time. Didn’t realize it was badly received but I didn’t like it at all.

i didnt it like then dont hate it now . its alright but not alot replay value for me. didnt like the ed sheeran song that much
