The “diancha点茶”, or tea-whisking, dated back to Chinese Song Dynasty(960-1279), was a traditional Chinese tea ceremony that prepares latte-like tea drink by whisking the tea heavily to form a thick layer of foam by adding water seven times.
The process is quite ceremonial and contains profound Chinese aesthetics and culture.
