4:05 have you tried waiting a month before rezoning? The notes you showed mention that bugged office companies need time to "leave" the city after their building is destroyed

Tried for a month, I set the highest office tax until income and demand are zero. But still got 5 workers on some newly buildings 😂 Maybe I'll give it another try later.

ลองเริ่มจาก scale เล็กก่อน ค่อย ๆ ทยอยขยับขยายไป ไม่ต้องรีบสร้างครับ แต่ถ้าหากว่าเป็นมือใหม่และไม่เคยเล่นเกมแนวนี้มาก่อน ก็แนะนำให้ ลอง research เมืองใน google earth + ศึกษาลำดับชั้นถนน ไม่หรือก็สิ่งที่อยู่รอบตัวเอามาเป็นแรงบันดาลใจดูก่อนก็ได้เช่นกันครับ 🙂

ตอนนี้ผมใช้ i7 gen 9 + แรม 64gb + RTX3060 12GB กับการ simulation คือมัน lag จริงๆ ครับ คิดว่าน่าจะเป็น CPU ประมวลผลไม่ทัน วิ่ง 90-100% T_T แต่ถ้าสร้างนู่นนี่นั่นในเมืองก็ยังพอทำได้อยู่ครับ 🙂

จริงๆ แล้วจะต้องเข้าไปตั้งค่าในเมนู Options > เลือกที่ชื่อม็อด Bye Bye Homeless แล้วจะมีระยะเวลาการย้ายคนไร้บ้านออกจากเมืองให้ปรับอยู่ หรือเลือกที่จะลบไปเลยก็ได้เช่นกันนะครับ
