And for the sub trim. You could put them all to zero. Get yourself a swash plate leveller. Put the stick on the radio to center position (which I noticed u didn’t do when u screwed the servo arm). Then u got a perfect swash

The wobbling could be because of a bent fetharing or main shaft. You could chek the fetharing shaft by putting one screw on any side and spinning it. If it’s not perfect u will see it. For the main shaft u only need to spin the rotor head. And for the tail shaft it’s the same as the fetharing shaft

Also don’t forget to use a dab of loctite when putting the screw into the servo. Won’t be fun have the screw fly out because of a stupid reason

Try to get ur self a proper screw set. Something like the mip set. It will last a life time and will most likely prevent stripping the screws. But that’s sad that the servos broke. Next time if something broke get something like kst or torq servos. Or gdw if u want something cheap and reliable
