I am granted a residence permit for three years under AufenthG § 22. s2 . Will I get revoked after three years if I am well integrated into the German society and have a training course going on for learning a profession?

No, I don't think so. You should try to complete the requirements for a permanent residence permit and get it, so that you can stay here for ever.
