My Personal Opinion this Calendar was just ok. It does not stand up to the Glossy Box Calendar that I had received a couple years back. I think the British People just know how to market and do Calendars better.
This Was One of My Christmas Gifts Wesley had given to me. He purchased this at Shoppers Drugmart. (Canadian Drugstore) At the time it was $80 CAD. He purchased his for around $60 CAD when it went on sale.
I just did not get around to opening it up during the Holidays, so today I am sharing it with you as I un- box it.

HI Kelly, not so much I was disappointed as I was hoping for a little more when it came to the eye liner pencils and lip pencils. I know that I am spoiled. The only other beauty calendar I unboxed was from Glossy Box a couple years back. Now that was a Beauty Calendar worth getting. Most of it was full size products for about the same money that was paid for this. So I guess every other one I unbox from now on, will be compared to that one...LOL I love revolution makeup, so it will get used. I especially liked the pinks and light tones that is for sure. I am pretty sure I put the Glossy Box un-boxing video up in the cards just in case you want to compare the two. I hope you and your family had a wonderful Christmas Holiday and well as a great New Year so far. I am just taking things as they come. I feel a lot better. Now I just need to sound like me again LOL I really have no expectations of this New Year as last year was not a great one for us.......!! Hope you enjoyed your coffee and getting your day started off great. I am going to be lazy and just do what ever around the house today. Hi Miss Kelly, Thanks you so much. It's so nice to see you .Always great to wake up and have a friend compliment you, after feeling like cr*ap for the past few weeks. My hair has gone wild....LOL I still don't know what to do with it. It felt good to look like a some what normal person again. LOL You know what I mean.....:) I was experimenting with my makeup as well. My eyes did not turn out the way I had wanted them too. I was playing with face highlights , shimmers and primer as well. So out of my comfort zone....! :)

@@misskellymac I was playing around with eye primer, as well as a white eye pencil and then I was trying to layer different shades to bring out the depth of my eyes along with shimmers....then my eye liner was a liquid one in brown. I tried winging my eye liner and I had lined both the bottom and tops....... I was not happy with how the liner came out. I am use to working with a creamy pencil liner. Then I was highlighting under my eyes and nose LOL It was a lot of work , I know that compared to what I normally do. ON a good day, all I do is just slap on the eye shadow, liner, mascara, blush and lip stick or balm of the day LOL and off I go... To be honest I have not worn a lot of makeup in my life time. The only time I wore makeup is when Wesley and me had a hot date LOL So for me at this stage in my life to be wearing makeup is weird. I am having fun with it and trying to do some different things. But I don't know LOL :)

Hi Brenda. I don’t like cream eyeshadow either. It makes my eyelids sticky. lol. It seems like the advent calendar was geared more toward the younger generation. 😊hopefully there are a few products you will love. Hugs. 🤗 Laurie.

Hi Laurie, I never thought of it that way. Your right it seems to be geared towards someone a little younger...but then again I think I am still a kids so that is why I probably wanted it. 🤣😅😂I will use some of the products. Lip liners and eye liners, most likely not, cause they just don't work well that I have found out in the past. I love pencils that glide and a bit creamier. I have found out more and more that I was using cream blushes, the more I did not like working with them. I would try my hardest to blend them into my skin, but I found I was looking more like a clown than anything. It just did not work well on my skin. I really do think powder blushes look better on my face. 🤡😁🤣

Hi Kim, nothing in my eyes that I have unboxed can out do the Glossy Box One, I unboxed a couple years ago. At least that one had full size products.
