I received "my" palette yesterday. And yes, the two goldes are also weak. And also the gold in the jewelled-Palette (I also received it yesterday). I love this two palettes, also in combination with the colourbook no5 and the flewless ice-palette, the deep-dive and the black-out.

Very pretty eye look! I just got my palette in the mail yesterday. I know it sounds crazy, but I am strictly a shimmer girl, never touch the mattes in a palette, but I did notice that several of them looked very similar, especially on other reviews on the looks they did. The shimmers in my palette didn’t react the way yours did! Not sure what happened to yours! Mine all swiped nicely onto a Luxie 245 or a Real Techniques brush with no problem! I used the Exhale, Sativa, Mist, Candyland, and Acapulco all with no problem. I later dipped into the silver glitter shade and it did just fine as well. I do wonder if sometimes there is variation in the formulation in some of these palettes. I have a Too Faced palette that 2 of the shades are extremely soft like that, different from the others, and they have gone away to nothing rather quickly compared to the others in the palette. My main complaint with this palette (but it happens with other palettes I have as well), is that the colors all seem to meld into one color after an hour or two, so it’s just all one green. I think next look I do I wil need to do what you did, the green in the corners and gold on the lids, or brown in the corners and the light green on the lids.

Ah interesting, I'm glad to hear they worked better for you than for me! The shimmers definitely swatches better than they performed on the eyes, so it could have been an issue with the brushes I used 🤷‍♀️ the glitters on the other hand were lovely 😍 definitely with you on the fact that some of the shades just melt into one another! I can see myself using this palette alongside others, but not on its own, and I haven't even reached for it since filming!

Yea that's definitely a putty they put them in some palettes not all but go in straight with a finger and it should apply like a dream

I don't have this palette, but I looked it, and they're definitely similar colour schemes, but I don't think they're the same! I think they look different enough that you could have both 😊 best thing to do though is to go and see it in person I think!

I think it was a little harsh about the mascara, all mascara will transfer, literally all of them if you have longer lashes and you touch it to skin, I think your lashes looked like they had volume.

I've tried the Mascara since then and still don't get along with it, it just doesn't do much for me unfortunately! I've been keeping it for my lower lashes and under fake lashes 🙂
