I live in Toronto Canada and walk around with a Gold Day date. I don’t even get a second look. Being robbed for your watch is actually rare in most cities. 99% of people don’t know anything about watches.

Can only speak for the watch thieves in rhe UK , especially London , basically was watching a Documentary which interviewed the thieves and basically if it looks "nice" , you are fare game! If you don't want to be a victim do not flaunt what you have!

@@scottbott8525 correct. There are a lot of middle men. 700 split between multiple people and then sold at a lower amount due to the fact the watch is most likely reported as stolen so servicing can be limited etc, it’s not worth their time. They’re only interested in the higher value items 10k+
