Watching the video I dont see that you mention what the cooking time was to get to 122 degrees? Plan on using the MEATER but always good for planning purposes to get an approximation? How long at 250 did it take?
@FOGOcharcoal2 ай бұрын
Probably somewhere around two hours, maybe a little more.

I looked at the Demkota web site but it appears to be wholesale large orders. Is that right? The cook look delicious.

Oh Captain, my Captain, Obviously, this looks amazing. If I had a suggestion [SPOILER ALERT: I have a suggestion], it would be that, coming from one native of the New York Greater Metropolitan Area of a certain age to another, I demand that the next time you have a guest named Paul Stanley cook anything that resembles a part of a firearm, that you insist that he calls I a LOVE GUN!

David, I may never forgive myself for not coming up with that myself....

Yummy! Looks expensive!
@FOGOcharcoal2 ай бұрын
It is actually surprisingly affordable. It is simply a boneless ribeye roast. Marrow bones are cheap

You guys, "Mine is bigger than yours!" Yes always cut towards your body, safety first when wearing chainmail. Looks like lands and grooves of a barrel to me. I never had one but I announcing at my next family dinner that I doing a Revolver Ribeye for Christmas dinner and not what it is, but I will be sure you never had one. Couple of questions. How many people does one of those Revolver Ribeye feed? I could have up to 8 people. How do I get the bones, don't see it on the website.

It really all depends on how thick you cut the steaks. Marrow bones should be available at most butcher shops. If you inquire at Fairway Packing ( fairwaypacking.com/pages/our-brands ), they may have them

WITH THOSE BONES IN IT'S A RIB ROAST "NOT" A RIBEYE!
