If you're a sword player, you need nothing but the Boreas and Helion sword. Boreas to fight fire behemoths, Helion for everything else. Don't get me wrong, you can play whatever you want, there's like 20+ different swords in the game, experiment with them. But if you don't want to consyantly farm multiple behemoths just to keep one weapon of each element upgraded, these two will carry you through the game.

Bro what do you mean. It's unique is pretty good, but Overpower? On a sword? Late game that ain't the best perk. Use the Riftstalker one, like said in the video. Wild Frenzy is a crazy good perk if used right, and if not, it's better than Overpower. Edit: Neverminds, Overpower is still pretty good on sword

@@keyhan3273 it's KOK not Ragehunter, and that's not what I was referring to. Many but not all weapons have a non perk ability IE, Drask Axe does more damage to the head. Pangar does not have any special attribute.

Gnasher for neutral Drask weapons for lightning Skarn - terra weapon Boreous for ice Fire - embermane -early game Hellium-later Valomier for radiant Riftstalker for umbral (late game element so it doesnt matter)

Kevin Cantarero i feel like dauntless is a bit too simple for my liking.i played it for like 3 hours but then it got boring.it’s fun to use the weapons but it doesnt bring the kind of pleasure and enjoyment the more complex weapons of mh bring like the hunting horn,switch axe or charge blade and just the idea of fighting monsters that are supposedly the king of monsters(elder dragons)makes me excited and persuades me to continue playing.the story is not bad either.

You have to do the valomyr quest before you unlock the riftstalker hunt/quest. They are both subquests for dire warnings

You should try Drask Hammer next c: the bonus damage to the head and Aetheric attunement are pretty darn good for a hammer

I did valomnrs chestplate ,shrike boots, drask gauntlets, hellion helm for war pike build. For weapons tru sticking with the shrike warlike because it give extra damage after dodging

Malk armor is real good. its entire set altogether isnt the greatest but its probably one of the better full sets.

The gloves are best in slot in a few cases because they can give you +6 predator alone. The rest you can skip out on imo

Scorchstone Hellion is the bane of my existence... WITH FIREPROOF 7 (It's only seven because fireproof 3 plus armour) NINE LIVES 3 AND ICEBORNE 3 I've fought them about 12 times and won _twice,_ even with iron hide and healing pylon, plus transfusion grenades.
