After 2 years of progressing and playing with only sealed products, I felt like something was missing from the truest Yu-Gi-Oh! experience. Once again we start from scratch but this time throw trading into the mix to hit all aspects of our Trading Card Game and relive that childhood nostalgia.

Next episode won’t take so long - promise! Reason they usually take longer is because I go to locals (once a week), but film for the series every 2 weeks so that I get to actually play the new format competitively. Reason THIS one took extra long, I think is because of a burnout cycle. I overwork myself and go on a huge streak, then eventually get overwhelmed and burn out while still dealing with other jobs/responsibilities. Not to mention the wild impostor syndrome days, it’s a ride, idk. Anyway, hope u enjoy! 😤

The terlament player made an ilegal play. He sent the shieren from field to grave for reinohearts effect. It must send from hand.

@@Eric-qd6xi yeah had a magical musketeer player try to tell me that musket effects activate after a spell resolves in the column when the card literally says “activated” then the next round he tried to say that it starts a new chain when it doesn’t because it says “when” the first time I can understand somewhat but when he goes and comes up with some other bs incorrect ruling is when I think he was trying to leverage the fact that people don’t know how rouge decks work to try to do illegal plays

Sundew can also fuse opponent's monsters with preda counters, so you could've made the starving venom w/ his dragostapelia at 16:54 after doing the pend play! Super cool to see this build still have legs against the current format, really enjoying the series!

I actually built and tested therion in branded predap a bunch after seeing your profile and went 2-3 at my first ever locals (def misplayed a bunch haha!) but it was a ton of fun to play, thanks for sharing!

I would suggest playing dark law with mask change 2 since it banishes your opponent's cards whenever they are sent to the graveyard which is quite good against decks that rely on graveyard like tearlaments

I went to EU champ using my version of the Deck and as you say i played against 1 spright beat him but lost to eldlich floodgates and true Draco floodgates against tear i lost to super Poly drnm constantly plus in time topdeck lava golem... Record: 2-3 drop

Awesome vid Revs! As a fellow Predaplant Enjoyer, I have a few suggestions, my first is that Souldew can use monsters from either side so long as they have pred counters, so pred planning into dew could stop tears fusions by making Predapower, Overitum, or Draco. Pred counters are really good. Second is to look into a Sunseed engine, it's oddly really good at making Bangalancer, plus any special summon plant monster from the deck using the Aromage link. (My preference is also using a small Therion to make regulex before the 5th summon.) I use to run the despia/Branded engine, but it gets cooked by hand traps pretty bad, and Benga Is a spinner, able to stop Spright and Tears normal summon. I hope it helps, it's been working really well for me at my locals, especially with a 6-10 card wiggle room for hand traps and anti-spell. Thanks for reading, keep it up!

Weird as soon as someone yelled 'one minute' he suddenly started playing a little slower to get the win. Also you forgot to resolve Mirrorjade in endphase, yet opponent was more than happy to remind you about Albion not working in end phase with Abyss Dweller. This opponent definitely was playing unfair and made an illegal play also. You should have won this match.
