It's best to revive the heritage loco to promote Indian- बिहार tourism and memories for 60-90s travellers & future generation able to experience

Myself and my brother went out to Riga in Bihar province in 2009 to see this locomotive when it was still (nominally) in ordinary service at a sugar mill. We were well aware of its historic value as being the only surviving British-built eight-coupled saddle tank in the world. We did our best efforts to alert the powers-that-be in India of the locomotive's importance, not wishing to see its (somewhat elderly) crew thrown out of work as a result of repatriating the locomotive to the U.K. It is pleasing to see that these, and no doubt other, efforts have paid off and that the locomotive not only survives but steams once more. The name is not original, when built, it carried the much less exotic name of 'Lilian'!
