37:41 that is called obstruction of an investigation. Many states in America also have “stop Andy identity” laws that make you obligated to provide identification to an officer if asked for it. If you refuse, the office Can arrest you. California(I’m assuming that’s where this toke place) does not have the stop and identity law. However Cameron is still guilty of obstruction which gives the officer the right to detain you.
