So glad to hear this ! I had a very bad middle foot injury and was advised orthotics....my body intuitively told me this was wrong....after 7 months of constant pain I knew barefoot was where I needed to be ....bought correct toes.....watched and read everything Katy Bowman and bought vivos worn nothing else since and now 3 years later can’t believe what my body has achieved How did we ever get sucked into narrow , thick soled shoes, I climb mountains now in my flat vivos 🦶🦶🦶🦶

@@billfayne4808 But no point in just wearing the vivo's you can still have crap mechanics in your foot therefore your body no matter the barefoot runners. Although it is a good start.. getting treatment or following something like Tony is talking about or Anatomy in motion to teach the body is where it is at.. then the barefoot shoes really come into their own

How to walk: Straighten your leg and then slam your heel into the ground. Put a shock absorber onto the bottom of your foot to prevent you from damaging your foot and then absorb the rest of the impact through the joints in your leg. Repeat x100000 Buy new shoes, take pain medication for aching joints.
