And Anna would be a Rogue from an alternate universe where she has the superpowers from the comics, such as flying & super-strength (whether from Danvers or not). That would have wowed the audience because we had never seen a live-action Rogue like that yet, only the subdued/nerfed Emo Rogue from the XMen 2000 trilogy. And at least a couple years ago, Anna was rumored to reprise Rogue in DP3, but apparently it did not happen. 08/07/24

Given that Wolverine is supposed to be physically in his early 40s, it makes sense that the makeup department had to age up Jackman for much of the Original Trilogy part. He only started to fit Wolverine's age around the time period he played in "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" to "X-Men: Apocalypse" and afterward, he just aged out of the classical Wolverine role.

Here's a thought: In the comics Rogue steals Captain Marvel's powers for good, making Captain Marvel almost die in the process and coming back later as "Binary".
