I'm almost certain Kang's dragon kick can punish kano's acid on block in a lot of spacing situations, similar to subzero's slide. avirk could've had an easier time. Kano's acid is hella punishable at -16 on block, obviously the pushback makes it difficult, but doable with certain characters including Kang.
