An idea for a joke build for Victor: only staves. Victor needs his walking sticks! Archangel's, rylai's, RoA, void staff, staff of flowing water (lol). Debatably a storm surge, it's pretty stick-like. Is it optimal? No. Does it make one imagine Victor carrying a stick in each hand, his robotic hand thing, and be on crutches? Yes.
