IMHO, most important thing is to have a strong military to defend what's left from our land. We need a very strong military considering the location of Armenia.

Armenia does have a narrative which is its individual brain power demonstrated in chess excellence, in IT and in AI. I see already the Armenian government focusing on STEM., IDeA is a charitable foundation promoting the values that make Armenia. Armenia during the USSR was the centre of excellence in electronics, astronomy and space sciences.

In Bulgaria there was a conference dedicated to Artzakh. Invitations were sent to Armenian political experts, NGOs, three newspapers. No one showed up. For Armenia there was only Alexander Lapshin Russian speaking Israeli blogger talking about Artzakh, the history of the conflict, Azeri war crimes

The People are more easily represented in Smaller countries like the Athens of 450 BC. The USA adopted a more Roman Model, in which the People Vote for Members of Congress, more successfully trusted, to represent the voice of the People.

You need two Catholicos' when the Armenians in Armenia hand over the land to the enemy and pretend that's a normal thing, you will have one that's really INDEPENDANT

I agree with you, look at our ministers, high tech ministry is ran by a turkologist instead of a engineer or manager from the diaspora who has managed teams and achieved results in a competitive industry (soviet industry doesn't count).
