Rex Murphy was the keynote speaker at the Saskatchewan Oil and Gas Show on June 1, 2022. This video has not been previously published before today, May 9. 2024, the day Murphy passed away at the age of 77.
He was a huge supporter of the energy industry, and his wisdom and wit will be surely missed.

Watched this for a nostalgic sampling of the Rex Murphy I remember from the Cross Country Checkup era and earlier. Now regret watching a bit of it. The pro trucker convoy stuff was enough to make me stop watching at the 15 minute mark.

Sad to see Rex became a shill and paid for by big oil and gas in denial of man made climate change , but one has to respect his intelligence, wit, and ability to communicate in an elegant manner as he became more of a curmudgeon in his elder years.
