She's ishmael, for now is only playable on CN server.

If you get to about 60% through the current story on Global you would have seen Ishmael appear. She is a pretty major character in the story and probably the most powerful lore wise. The other character is Chaos who just appeared in the story in the patch before this one on the Global version.

not a player, only lore enjoyer: chaos in essense is, among other things, a sort of a clone of commandant and... alpha, or cthylla? But she was created as incomplete vessel, in Shapers ripples she was supposed to merge with cmmndnt to become complete and able to control Agent 0 power, without Agent0 personality overcoming her. now, i'll copypaste explanation someone gave me: (in this timeline)Vonnegut brought The Tower way too early and Agent 0 of his world so he had to go. This Chaos here is actually commandant. After commandant passed Ishmael's test they used the power of The Tower to go back to Cradle Parade when the clone died so they can merge with Chaos thus completing it. Commandant as Chaos defeats Agent 0 and takes it's power for themselves. Even with all that commandant can't change Tower's early arrival so they take a gamble which makes commandant lose control so Ishmael has to beat them up (aka whole "Chaos") boss fight. Then commandant resets this worldline all the way back to somewhere post Cinder Burns before Across the Ruined Sea. It's worth noting that all events that were destined to happen will still happen so even without The Tower being a major plot point in this new worldline most chapters will go as they did.
