Jimin has the least training period (6 months) in Idol history. He was really hardworking and the staff saw how great of a dancer and ready he is to debut. BTS is lucky to have Jimin. Updated (rather lengthy)😅 Jimin info: ❣JIMIN, born October 13, 1995, at age 11, started studying, performing, & competing (winning every competition), in hip hop, popping (excelled), & street dancing, while attending the renowned Just Dance Academy in Busan where he's from! He was so good that an instructor even had the high tuition fee waived at one point! This was while also attending middle school, where he loved sports, being quite athletic, joined the football team, excellent at track, great at basketball, & billiards! Jimin also, all throughout his schooling, was known as a top scholar, achieving perfect scores, especially in math & science which just always came easy to him! Jimin was even class president for 9 yrs in a row! Jimin, all throughout his schooling, was also quite good in art class, as well as calligraphy. Jimin, then also took up contemporary dance. The media, after seeing a performance of Jimin's performing at a huge Busan Festival Event, called Jimin "The rising star of Busan"!! JIMIN also studied ballet & traditional Korean dance while attending Busan High School of the Arts. Jimin still went to Just Dance Academy to take hip hop classes whenever he could because his first love has always been hip hop, even though he was now majoring in contemporary! JIMIN even had an offer to dance overseas, but declined because he also wanted to become a singer since the 2nd grade, to the dismay of one of his dance instructors who said "The world of dance was going to lose a great artist"!! You can see Taemin better in Suchwita, he was Suga's guest in one episode. Also, his performance with Jimin is quite famous, you can find that whole thing on youtube. Jimin was also in Taemin's dance challenge for his solo song.

@@bereasonable8018 That is Tae's friend, Kim Minjae, he's an actor (but he is not part of Wooga squad, Tae's famous group of friends. I think him and Tae are somewhat friends but not very close) . Taemin is close to Jimin. They danced together (some scenes were in this video).
