Build explanation: All defense items give health, which in turn gives you more life steal through Berserkers Shield. Bloodforge is just for more damage and lifesteal. And for even more lifesteal use her 3s auto attacks. I guess if you use it in duel you should switch defense items depending on whatever they use. But as long as the defense items have health, you dont lose anything. Bloodforge also may not be the best choice in duel, due to its passive being useless after you kill the enemy. I used the build in conquest and at 150 health 1v3ed for quite a while and began actually gaining health before a 4th enemy joined in and finished me off. 1v1s should be nothing even if they build antiheal

This is my go to build when I play Thanatos is clash, a little different but close. You get the stacks so fast and the heal when you killl someone with your scythe is crazy especially if you have bloodforge

I know you just played chern. I main him in duel. I’d love to see you play the build i build for him. Blessing into trans into warrior boots into defense(hide is auto based god breastplate if not and always pestilence cause what magic user doesn’t build lifesteal) into either beat stick or crusher depending on the god. Then bloodforge then last item is frostbound or Atlanta’s bow. I normally go frostbound but if I need the movement speed I go bow. At start I put a 1 into the 1,2,3 then the ult then max out the one and two simultaneously so putting a point in them back and forth until max. Then the three. Then the ult last. Relics are bracer and second item always depends on the other god. Either beads, aiges, or thorns, I prefer thorns. Hope you see this and hope you try it. Love your vids you got me into duel. I'm not Rexi, but I think that Frostbound/Atalantas are not great in Cern because the 1 already gives you a slow. When I play Cern I put 2 points on the 2, one on the 3, then dash trough the wave and that's an insta clear at level 3, the build usually is Attackers/Trans/Warrior/Defense/Asi/Executioner or Titans/Beatstick or Crusher. With your build you're not getting a lot from your 1 and it's a great ability, Asi is a lot cheaper than Bloodforge and it gives you attack speed, a little pen and the passive has great sinergy with the 1.

If your 1 would heal you for 600, soul eater would make it heal for about 690 instead? That's not really impressive. It's so much better on your 3 only because it can hit multiple targets.

Soul eater gives 15% heal, so from 600 the heal is 90, his 1 heals for 75% damage dealt so thatd be 450, an additional 90 is a 20% increase heal, its decently worth it.

I just think soul eater shines more on AOE abilities. It provides a 90 hp heal on his 1 in addition too the 1 heal, but if his 3 hits a wave of 6 + a god for 400 damage than that's 7*60, and it comes as a 420 hp heal from soul eater alone on his 3. He can pull that off with his 3 if he has a bit over 200 power which he did in the video. Soul eater base stats are amazing alone.

Also do you realize how rare lining up a 7 hit 3 is as opposed to just hitting a 1? The single 1 gets 540 hp back while the 7 hit still only gets 420 in your scenario. It's simply not gonna out heal the 1, no matter what way you cut it
