I so appreciate this video. I wish more people talked about hype. I find it to be one of the hardest things. It doesn't come naturally to me, but then that also reveals where I have my own personal work to do with learning to open up and express more support. I'd love to see a video that breaks down how to actually feel comfortable and confident with giving hype.
