Let me explain why I gave durability and battle iq to Rexy. Durability: Rexy tanked indominus rex's bites, which is almost similar to most t-rexes, and claw attacks, those claws were powerful enough to kill apatosauruses, she also tanked giga's bites that can crush metal. CC Spino's best durability feats are tanking Big Eatie's bites, which isn't super special. Battle IQ, In JW, Rexy uses the buildings to weaken the Indominus. Since Spinosaurus was controlled, it's not actually him thinking on using trees to keep big eatie locked in his mouth.

While big eatie a trex which is literally 44 feet long compared to rexy at 44.3 feet, is somehow nothing special. Also the spino literally has never taken damage from a bite from a trex including big eatie. The only thing that ever damaged it was being hit by a plane.

I believe that Rexy will defeat Toro with low diff, and Scorpios with no-low diff, since it has been proven through feats that Toro>Scorpios. It has also been indirectly confirmed by Dr Henry Wu himself that Scorpios Rex is mentally retarded and stupid. And also Scorpios is a victim of a concrete slab, as Toro survived a strong explosion, which in turn would have killed any Allosaurus almost instantly(and yet, Toro’s Plot Armor was not proven), and two Scorpios died from several concrete slabs, the mass of each of of which there are only about 150-200 kg. And Scorpios couldn’t cope with Blue at all. And I believe that Strength and Stamina go to Rexy in the “Rexy vs Big Eatie” part, while Spino will defeat Rexy on the high diff.
