The cry out for a Darryl rework really is a thing, many creators starting from Natics have gave us their ideas on how Darryl can be reworked, but as a Darryl main I can confirm that all of them (except Natics' one) were really bad because those creators never even play Darryl and don't understand his mechanics. But still, the cry out is real and thankfully our faithful devs have heard it. Also it really makes sense for him to get buffed next update because first of all we are getting a Sponge Bob/Krusty Krabs based theme and that's why it makes sense for Darryl to get buffed, second of all 2024 is a year of big reworks - this meta is an absolute mess and that is why brawlers such as Lily, Meg and Frank are literally getting put on steroids so it absolutely makes sense for Darryl to be buffed in this date and time. Both community and devs have finally shined some light on one of the most forgotten brawlers
