In all honesty, the rage this time is justified. In my case, I had the luck of having close to 2k pizza slices due to the bug but I’ve been dumb and ended up not using them at all because Rey suggested not to. The compensation is pretty lack lasting and people that have used they’re pizza slices are basically left unharmed because they still had a nice boost in progression instead of petty “compesation”. I should’ve used my pizza slices and got myself a legendary skin or hypercharge for free, ESPECIALLY being a F2P player, and that’s on me for listening to Rey. I know that he only gave and advice based on previous occasions and had the best interest for his community and all but it still suck a bit for missing out on a huge opportunity body for my account, my bad lol

I was quite annoyed when I saw that they removed all of the pizza slices that I’d collected for free, through the offer in the shop and the quests. I basically got punished for playing the game as it was intended😭 300 pizza slices is not enough in my opinion (not being greedy or anything but some individuals started with 3K, 7K or even 66K slices so…) yeah this left a bad taste in my mouth

I started with 2.1k, but I was smart with it. I knew that it was un-intentional and I knew that they were going to remove all the pizza slices. So I was left with two options 1. Let supercell remove all my pizza slices or 2. Buy the entire shop and probably have the items I bought removed, with the slight chance that I might get to keep them. So it was a lose lose situation but the second option seemed better since there was a small chance I could keep what I bought, and luckily for me it let me keep what I got. In total I got the mythic fang skin, the new eve skin, the new berry skin, and the new Nita skin.

it was pretty frequent, in my club about 10 people got free slices, the lowest amount was 700 and the highest was 3000 so it's pretty common

When Nubbz posted the meme about it, it showed a general lack of knowledge towards what the actual problem was. People weren't asking for more pizza just to have more pizza, they just wanted to get as much as the other people did on the first day. It was also a slap in the face to anyone who had pizza to spend and didn't because they wanted to save it for a different offer or feared consequences. (I had about 1,500 to start myself and didn't spend any). The real issue that is so upsetting is that the players who get away with it do so because, "it's too difficult to fix" and even worse is that the, "extra" pizza you got wasn't random, it was obtained during the SpongeBob season and had to be earned or through spending money for krusty kash. It may not have been intentional but the players still earned those extra slices and had every right to use them. At least the actual issue is talked about in this video, and no I don't think this "fix" is enough as it didn't actually fix the main issue here.

The real issue is that they refuse to punish those who bought the whole shop because it's, "too difficult". Either of those things would actually make people happy, but it sounds like you're full of ideas, perhaps you can come up with a better solution👌

I'm not mad we're only getting 300. We all should have started the event with 0 anyway. What is most upsetting is that everybody's pizza slices were reset without warning, meaning all the people (like me) who got some extra pizza and hadn't spent it were screwed and everybody who played day 1 and claimed all the pizza possible (also me) were screwed. I don't even mind that some people really benefitted from this bug. The Krusty Kash should have been converted to *something* when the event ended, rather than all leftovers being wiped. It being converted to a different temporary currency was more fair to those people.

your quests were reset so all possible claimable (for free) slices were "refunded" in the ability to regain then through the quest, and it was a very small percentage of players who received slices from the cash event, roughly equaling whoever wins those win every brawler, 1,000,000 gems etc events

Why cant they just let us keep the pizza slices that we started with? I understand that some got tens of thousands, but if they had that many left over krusty kash then they deserve it. If it was a bug I still do not know then just deduct the pizza slices from those who spent them. If some people who spent the pizza slices as said are not on social media then sent a mail to them saying like "sorry but you spent much more than should have needed" if they were not aware that this was a bug (like me i got 1300 pizza thinking it was normal and decided to save them for meeple) then just deduct the pirzes that they have bought. It narrows down by an insane amount so it would definetly be possible. If the players have bought currency and spend it then thats ok. There was not alot of currency there to be bought and it could be a reward for the messup. This is still not fair for some people but it is WAY WAY more fair that the current situation. I think the compensation is fair, but my problem is that the players were rewarded for not playing on the first day. If you picked up the free pizzas on the first day and did the quest and discovered the offers in the Pizza Planet shop, then these pizza slices are now simply gone. The players who did all of this after the maintenance work now have 80 more pizza slices than players who did all of this straight away. supercell would have simply had to restart the whole event with 300 pizzas as compensation. And they would have had to remove everything that the players had already bought and a pop-up when these players log in saying why the things were removed again

I had them everywhere on my mini accounts the quests twice. and some people even have 30 pizza slices less now if they have already done the Basketbrawl quest. Luckily for me the contest didn't go well on the first day, so I couldn't do the quest

so how long would you prefer to wait between updates then? a two month update cycle is really short considering, if they took the time to find and squash every bug themselves it would take a lot longer between updates. and they do fix their game, basically as soon as a new bug is discovered. with a community of millions, it can still sometimes take weeks for certain bugs to be discovered. considering supercells team is not millions, even though they'd be dedicated to hunting bugs, it would take them longer

I only bought the Eve skin, because after watching your video, I was like I don't wanna be in negative pizzas for this stupid glitch and I felt bad for people who didn't get anything. Im already tired of events. I also don't like doing the contests. The current irritation is probably the best so far, which is not having to rely solely on wins but points that you gain from the match. But it's really tiresome to just play contests for MAYBE 100 pizza slices or so. I don't wanna pay for more slices. Also seeing hypercharges i cannot get yet is also bleh. I personally won't even be able to buy anything from the shop for like another or more because im saving up for hypercharges. Im already interacting so little with the shop since there really isn't any reason to interact with the event honestly. Also meeple costing slices kinda bones people who do have all brawlers like me (even though i don't have have like half of them maxed). I have to use my pizza slices, which are already im short quantity, to get a RARE brawler. I could've used my 1000 credits last season. So if Meeple isn't hella broken, I'll be waiting for Meeple to be released via credits unlock.

That's too much. the average player will get around 2000 pizzas. That is enough for a skin, an offer and a legendary brawler. You can indeed buy a skin with less than 300 slices. Some of the skins can be bought with 39 gems as well n it's smarter to buy meeple with credits later. Also, giving 500 million players 1k because of a bug that affected a very small minority isn't very logical. 500 is alright to a degree

It’s tough, and 300 still doesn’t feel very significant. But one of my biggest problems was losing 81 slices (including daily 12) because I decided to be active in the game, and do a lot of my quests day one is actually a pretty significant loss considering we were only expected to get 2000. That would make sense if the items in the Krusty shop were the same value, but skins in the Krusty shop costs a lot more krusty cash than skins in the pizza shop cost pizza. In effect 1 pizza is a lot more valuable than 1 krusty cash so the cash transferring over wouldn't particularly be fair.

As someone who didn't spend thier bugged pizzas, I say that I'm still peeved about losing the chance to get a cool skin for free essentially and being compensated for a third of that pizza amount (it was 900 slices I lost). However, 300 slices plus two decently high places on the arcade lesderboards (about 110-80 slices) equals >420, which should be enough for Meeple, the one thing I really want from this event. Even if I was cheated, I'm still fine with the compensation.
