The 6th generation Mitsubishi Triton/Strada is set to debut in Thailand on 26th of July, the engine designation is now 4N16, an evolution form from the previous 4N15 found in the 5th gen Strada. The 4N16 engine gets the same output figures found on the Nissan Navara and Isuzu D-MAX with the 4th gen Pajero Sport/Montero Sport to follow very soon.

Do people ACTUALLY care about a manual lift gate? For me its a plus, because that's one less electronic component that could fail and could be a costly repair in the future. Same with "powered seat fold". Those are slow and if it eventually fails, very very annoying and expensive to repair

It's not the feature per se, but the price of the car. At that price level, these added features are already expected.

@@ReygansRides I just wanted to point out that I WOULD pay more to remove the powered tailgate/seat fold. And in this case, thankfully I won't HAVE to. A good example is with the mux, i wish I can pay to remove the powered tailgate from the 4x4 model.
