The price i think is pricey considering the location. Since its near an active volcano. Life and health hazards. And insurance in that location probably sky rocketed specially with acts of God. Or maybe there would be no acts of God for the insurance. Since they know the area. The house is superb, but the location really is a downside correlating with the price.
