When reviewing the The Lich King at 2:58:27: "Hopefully my editor can pull em up here for the youtube video" Nope, as it seems to me, his editor did nothing aside from putting in the intro and an failed outro ("more videos" shows just black blocks lmao) edit: It'd be cool if people could spam something in chat when reynad streams next time for awareness of this issue, so he can look into his. As Simon Yatskar pointed out as a reply, the Hangout message is also still in there, which is a nogo.

About the paladin DK being the "strongest card in the set". I thought so too BUT. You've got to keep in mind that the hero power it gives you gets very much countered by other DKs. Mage DK counters this (for every 2/2 you play, in 2 turns they summon a 3/6 which then kills your 2/2s), Warlock DK counters this (they nullify your hero power and they gain 3 life), Priest DK counters this (they nullify your hero power (often times for 0 mana) and they can then do other things), Druid DK also nullifies it in most situations. With Warrior DK you can't ever have more than 2 horsemen alive at any time (and one of them will be a 2/1). In a void, sure, the paladin DK is really strong. But considering the other DK cards and just how neatly they counter it, it is a lot worse than it seems initially.

Thanks for this! One thing though: The stream interaction stuff kind of gets in the way. It's annoying, pads the length unnecessarily, and takes away from the educational bit of the video. Y'know, the point of it. I wouldn't want that stream interaction to stop, as it's part of why Reynad streams are fun, but it doesn't work here. Either make a different video, separate to the run-through of the set on stream (that's kind of a crazy workload to take on though), or at least edit this. Cut out the interaction with chat and the occasional other moments of off-topicry, pull up the HPs and Death Knight spells when the cards they correspond to are onscreen, etc etc. It would really make it easier to watch.

Deathstalker Rexxar has some ridiculous possible outcomes. A stealthed 7/7 hyena for example, or you can get taunt minions fairly consistent. Control Hunter in Wild is really strong, not sure about standard.

I completely disagree with Raynad on his point with Druid of the swarm in token druid. He states that you only play druid choose one cards that both effects can be used. Ancient of Lore is used only as a 5/10 in all cases, because the statline is so strong for a 7 mana taunt. I think this is similar for druid of the swarm, a 1/5 mana BEAST with taunt.

Josiah Nelson bit late of a response, but you can use 10/5 to give it sort of “spell taunt” because that big of a threat has to be dealt with basically baiting out recourses. A lot more effective vs control than 5/10

You can really tell that Blizzard wanted to sidestep the problem mechanics Magic ran into. Spectral Pillager is a really nerfed Grapeshot and the hate cards were designed really conservatively to make sure that we didn't end up with hate-focused decks like some in Magic.
