Game 2 kind of reminded me of that Dark vs I think Classic match where Dark just completely ignored the skytoss, built Ultras, and steamrolled through the latter's base. Then again, in this case, MaxPax just had a far better army to deal with the Ultras than Classic's mass Stalkers.

So, Zerg has Queens, Protoss have Oracles and Terrans have an entire army. Balance council, can we talk? Edit: Side note, I think why the 'meta' has become so stale is because while occasionally mixing it up works, usually that's effectively throwing the game. Be it Ultras or Colossi, the risk simply outweighs the rewards at high levels of play in 1v1.

I've always felt cocoons should be treated like buildings. That would prevent the Liberator issue. Not sure if that impacts spell damage but I don't actually have an issue with Oracles because they don't siege and they're on a timer.

Can we discuss that Protoss dmg upgrades are useless very often? Even wirh +3 air weapon (52 dmg), when zerg has +3 ground armor (48 dmg) , tempest need 5 shots still (200 health) . With +1 attack (44 dmg) , they achieve the same against +3 armor (40 dmg).

What trash 😂MaxPax is the rank 3 global player, Reynor is the rank 7 player... very close in skill. Plays sloppy in game 1 but still lasts till late game. Crushes it in game 2. Got straight up outplayed in game 3. After one match... yeah game must be IMBA 🤣

Gumiho and clem did play a tvt earlier in the exact same tournament and gumiho crushed him far more soundly then when clem was offracing as protoss. This is exactly why clem switched to protoss. Gumiho is currently the best player in the world at tvt. He beat maru, clem twice and byun all with relative ease. 2. Protoss vs zerg is currently the most imbalanced matchup at pro level (and has been for 2 years) with over 55-58% wins for protoss. Protoss is extremely favoured to the point that outside of the top 10 players almost no zergs are able to even qualify for, let alone play in big tournaments. Meanwhile the top 30 players in the world are like 50% protoss and the top 50 are closer to 70% protoss. 3. Reynor simply played better this series. Thats all there is to it. The vast majority of games at the pro level comes down to individual skill and level of play for that particular game. NOT balance despite all the whiny crybabies on all 3 sides.

Blown away Maxpax stays in so long in the first game... The game had been over for easily ten minutes. Bro you're not just BMing your opponent, but viewers, who don't care to watch an extra ten minutes of gameplay after the match has been overly decided. But no, you would rather come in here and whine that the content be changed to suit you and you alone, boring everyone else and hurting Winter's stats (because yt *does* track how much of a video is skipped).
