Hi dear When I test the Relay by any protection function as O/ C , the BO ( BO3 or BO 4 etc ) No latching ! And still NO contact!! What is the problem?

thanks for your valueble comments ,in the output matrix kindly assign the particular contacts and also we have to set each contacts latching or un latching but protection functions are always unlatched

1.use reydisp evolution software connect the relay with serial port 2.in thesoftware page left side down you found connected device 3.just click it ,once it connected then click the download settings 4.after download ,configure it after complete your configuration click save and click update setting then send the file by clicking upward arrow icon on the top of your page . @@sirajpasha4618
