white aval - 1 Cup
boiling water - 2 Cups
Instant Dry yeast - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbs
Coconut oil - 1 tbs
Salt( according to taste )
Garlic- 10 Flakes
ginger - 1 Big Pieces
Small onion- 10 - 12 nos
Pepper - 1 tbs
Duck- 1 1/4 Kg
green chillies - 2 nos
Big onion - 2 nos
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 1/4 tbs
Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tbs
Fennel Seeds powder - 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Coconut milk ( Second Extract ) - 11/2 - 2 1/2 Cups
TOMATO - 2 nos
Curry Leaves
Coconut milk ( First extract ) - 1 - 11/2 Cup
Coconut oil - 2tbs
