台風被害に遭われた地域の方々に心よりお見舞い申し上げます。 前回のペンケースに引き続きファスナーもの。今回はラウンドファスナータイプのコインケースを作りました。 普通のお財布として使えるようにと思い３室構造に。「硬貨」「紙幣」「カード」を分けて入れられるゾ！っと欲張ったせいで何だか中途半端なサイズ感になってしまったな…。

Thank you for your comment. I mainly use 2 kinds of glue. One is "rubber cement"（amzn.to/2t8Py1p）This is for temporary fixing before sewing. The other is "DIABOND"（amzn.to/2QqSqP5）This is a very strong bond that is also used for shoe repair.

ありがとうございます。カッターはOLFAの細工カッターを使っていますよ。刃先が30度の鋭角になっているものです。 私は頻繁に刃を折って使っているのですが、革砥をあてて使う方もいらっしゃるそうですよ。

こんにちわ！ファスナーの件、無事に解決できたようでよかったです😊 こちらは３室構造で内装のボリュームがあったので、ファスナーの縫い代は5mmで設計しました。

はじめまして。コメントありがとうございます。動画のアイテムは内外装を接着せずに縫製だけで合体しました。失敗したら撮り直す必要もあったので…。以前は両側面の中央部分（ファスナーテープよりも内側）を両面テープで接着してから縫製したりもしていました。接着した方が安心感ありますよね。縫製だけで耐久性は大丈夫か、このアイテムで検証してみたいと思います。

コメントありがとうございます。テキストでどこまで伝わるか微妙ですが…💧 私はいつも、マチ両端と、中央の折り返し線の長さを等しくして、３線の端点を通る曲線を描いています。JW-CADでしたら、「曲線」➞「スプライン曲線」にチェック➞３つの端点を右クリックで指定➞「作図実行」ボタン押下、という感じです。 スプライン曲線は指定した点を通る自然な曲線を描いてくれるので、「円弧」で描くよりも余計な膨らみが出ないので便利ですよ。

実は角度はあまり意識していなくて、作図の際はマチの開口を確認するようにしています。「このくらいかなぁ」という感じで作図してみて、両端上部のステッチラインの間の距離を測定➞「もう少し開いてほしいなぁ」とか「もっと狭くてもいいか」とか…ホント感覚で決めてしまって、あとは試作をして確認、という感じでやっています。 マチの下側は殆ど開かないですし、全く角度なしの長方形のマチで作られている方も見たことがあるので角度はそこまで気にしなくても良いのかな、と思っています。さすがに長方形は使いにくそうですけどね…😓 ちなみにこちらの作例のCADデータを確認してみたら、開口幅は中央が約38mm、両側が約43mm、マチ両サイドの線分の角度は91.5度でした。

ファスナーの取り付けの質問です。 自分もここ最近ラウンドコインケースをよくつくるのですが、取り付けたファスナーを真っ直ぐみると波打ったように1、2ミリほど歪んでしまいます。使うのに支障はないのですが、どうしてもHAKUさんのようにキレイに貼れません。 型紙は作ったのではなく、ネットにて購入しました。 あとはひたすら練習しかないのですかね‥ あと、ファスナーの接着剤ですが自分はgクリアーボンドを使ってますがゴムのりを使ってますか？ 動画見落としてたらすみませんm(__)m

コメントありがとうございます。ファスナーは難しいですよね…😓のりしろ幅が途中でブレてしまっているか、貼る途中にファスナーを引っ張ったり、逆に弛めたりしてしまっているか…。ちょうど先日ファスナー貼りについてまとめた動画をUPしました。参考になったら嬉しいです。kzbin.info/www/bejne/ennTiH6agJikecU 硬めの芯材を貼ってやるとピシッと決まりやすいですよ。 接着剤は私は「ダイアボンド」を使っています。強力なボンドですが圧着しなければ貼り直しも効きますよ😊

@@haku-handmadeleatherworks-5765 お返事ありがとうございます。 コメント後、その動画に気付き拝見いたしました。 原因は動画でもおっしゃってた通りテンションに問題があったようです‥ 動画の最初に出てきたラウンド財布と同じ症状でしたw HAKUさんは合わせ線を複数書いてるのにたいし、自分は1点のみ(中央のみ)だったので、それが原因かと思います。 自分はパソコンがないため、普段型紙を作るときは方眼用紙で作っていますが、やっぱりパソコンがあった方がいいですよね‥ アナログですが、今度方眼用紙でファスナー定規を作ってみたいと思います。 ボンドも同じくダイヤボンドを使用してみたいと思います(^-^) また別件ですが、インスタグラムはしてないのでしょうか？？

原因が分かってよかったです😊ラウンドファスナーはカーブに気を取られてテープを引っ張ったり弛めたりしちゃいがちなんですよね…。 私は手書きで正確な型紙が作れなくてCADを使い始めたクチなのでPCは必須という感じですが、本職の方はむしろ手書きの方が多いように思いますョ。 インスタグラムはオシャレな写真が撮れないのでやっていないのです…そのうち挑戦したいなぁとは思っているのですが…😓

コメントありがとうございます。材料費については革の種類や購入する単位（半裁か、カットレザーか）によって幅が大きいのでお答えが難しいです。以下の荒断ち寸法を元に、具体的な金額はご自身で算出して頂ければと思います。 ・外装（1.5～1.8mm厚）：18cm×13cm ・内装中央部（1.2mm厚）：13cm×11cm ・内装側面部（1.2mm厚）：13cm×15cmが2枚 ・マチパーツ（0.8mm厚）：15cm×8cmが2枚 芯材についてはメートル売りが主流ですが、A4サイズの切り売りもあるようですよ。 l-phoenix.shop-pro.jp/?pid=95729174 その他、動画内で使用している材料では５号サイズのファスナーが35cm必要になります。
