It's actually a good carrier, despite lacking fighters and a bomber, it has also 8x AA with only 1 type of AA. It's like using a cruiser but with an aircraft platform. However it is more optional to use this wonderful carrier for offline grinding, due to various reasons.

Actually Ulyanovsk is only for attacking tactics not defending, so I suggest you consider first before buying the Ulyanovsk But if you feel unsure, please buy Gerald R Ford first

I dont have roks but i have this carrier, i think roks do well in online cz you have speed n good heli defence to stay alive. Cz slow make u die soon . For online ulyano hands down where u can send 160k+ every 10 seconds with missiles+ planes dmge

Personally I'd advise if you are on a map that isn't lost city or storm to find cover once you've finished spotting so the missile spam can't lock, and if a ship gets up close to attack you it's harder for them to flare the granit spam
