Can you explain please, why there are many rows of vias? Is it not enough to place vias along cpw line ?

Placing vias along the CPW line in the most basic requirement but it is not a good practice to leave bigger metal piece dangling, and it is always good idea to place VIAs to make sure ground potential is good and there is no parasitic capacitance that can get formed.

Ok, thanks for the quick reply! I also have other several questions: 1)Are there any recommendations when choosing via diameters, distance from signal line to vias row, pitch? It was difficult to find such advice, maybe it is very dependable on my setup? 2) Sould I consider taper structure in connection between cgw trace and rf connector or it is crusial only when we have connector with Z different from 50 Om?
