The Moscow is finished. The only thing that can help it is a total overhaul of its stats. The GL needs a shorter reload time. All its cannons need accuracy buffs. It needs more missiles to even keep up with any of the newer battleships.

Honestly it's the same if you nerf down everything until It is balanced, or if you buff everything to achieve the exact same end result, balance.

The grenades is the source of moscow strength and weakness. It's just so so bb despite having high dmg. Dev needs to improve grenades accuracy and speed to keep up with faster ships agility.

That basisty still got more damage than you in the second round. I, too, got more damage than 2 battleships using my basisty. It's a good ship.

It had it's times where It was somewhat decent, but always surclassed by other bb's like Ageis or other ships, the only thing It was really good for was countering enemy submarines in close range combat.
