I am making it short. Based on the fact that I personally heard the King Sihanuk spoke over 20 years ago in Paris, it recorded in the cassette tape. Why the king lets Vietcong troops stayed in Kampuchea territory in the Western border between Vietnam and Kampuchea back then, because Ho Chi Min promised to return Campucheakrom land back to Cambodia. Finally Ho Chi Min betrayed king Sihanuk.
