12:45 you have the same problem here my friend , your speed is 130 knots and this is very low speed for landing , with this speed you will have to choices , the first choice to reduce impact speed ( vertical speed ) you have to pitch up higher and higher in flaring to get lift , this will end up with tail strike , the second choice is flare normaly and with this low speed your vertical speed will be very high minus digrees , so in this landing you did the second choice that caused a very rough landing with ( -600 VS ) , to solve this problem raise your speed to 150 Knots , i’ll give this landing 4/10
