I love RG280V so much! The design, the color, built, and it’s very cute! Wish they’d make something this small same design that support PSP, NDS, & Dreamcast. RG20 is the nearest to my need but I hate the Built 💔

I know pandamimi is a shill from a chinese console sales website, but i love her content. But has anyone noticed how much improved her english has become? In the last few videos I almost thought the chinese government cloned her with an improved version. With the Taki beef and the exclusive content she is the best in the retro handheld space.

dont trust that display resolution information.. it will be probably like RG280m - everything is rendered in 320x240 (tested and proved on my RG280m with Rogue CFW), user Paolo Zago found out: the display is 320x240, but has "staggered" pixel layout, like the RG300 IPS screen. Basically it has really 480 lines of "pixels", but each line is offset by 1/2 pixel, the screen is then addressed as a 320x240 logical screen so you'll get "diagonal looking" pixels because each logical pixel is made up of two slightly offset half pixels. there is whole discution in arzeons video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/iJ_SXnqad8mUnqs

Applications are upscaled from 320x240 because they're designed to run at that resolution, it's just how things are. I only know one application that renders at 320x480 and that would be sm64-od-port with an aspect ratio hack on top. The screen, at least on opendingux nightly, isn't really addressed as 320x240 as much as the framebuffer is upscaled to 320x480 by the IPU.
