RG353M Handheld Game Console with latest ArkOS

I use my phone for emulation, but lack of physical keys definitely makes it difficult sometimes. Id like a slim powerful emulator that can play at least up to gamecube (and stream PC games via moonlight), that fits easily in my pockets. Is this it? Is there newer/slimmer/better out there?

Sorry I never really played it before so I never set it up - should work great though by copying over the roms
