RGBW controller and 4 zone remote

Hello, thank you for very helpfull video :) Just one question. Is it possible to switch off circuits separately with remote controller? E.g. first circuit will be on and second off, and I want to switch on second circuit so both circuits will be on. Can the remote do that? Thank you for an answer.
