Thanks for the video. I started doing all this research myself but was still left with the question of...like...Shit's expensive, can I cut some corners? and seeing you actually having the material in a 3D view is extremely useful to me.

You don't need to pay thousands of dollars to build one of these. Yes, there are many ways to cut corners and still be safe and have fun. Post up any questions you have on here while you build yours and I will try to answer them.

I find the black pipe is quite suitable for small buggies (crosskarts) where you really can't use anything thick or its too heavy for the engine to be able to push. Plus having good geometry goes a long ways with the strength. However I would not use black pipe for a full size crawler or bouncer as it is just not a thick enough wall tube to prevent crushing in a roll over of a heavy machine.

I agree with you on that!

Hi RG sabat. Been watching you build and you provide some real good pointers and info thanks so much! It hard to find allot on building these for some reason haha. Is there any way I could contact you privately to talk more on some build problems I have. Could use help from someone that already built one. Thanks

when you bought the tubing for the chassis,did you have it shiped to you or did you pick it up near you
@rgsabat Жыл бұрын
Local pickup, it would probably be extremely expensive to ship.
