I think it actually does suit her because she always seems so serious. I like that her music is more modern, as before she always seemed to use mostly folk music, and the programs all seemed so similar, with not much change in expressiveness and facial expressions-most.y just pageant girl fixed smile. She’s gotten more expressive and connected to the music, so here I think is just because it’s early in the life of this program, and needs time to settle into the role and feel the music so she can put it all together artistically and peak at the height of the season for the biggest tournaments. I’ve always felt like she is underrated and underscored compared to her sister, sometimes getting lower scores despite a superior and clean program, and I think it took a toll on her confidence and consistency, but she could be great and usurp Dina’s throne if she takes back her confidence and if her trainers are careful with her body to avoid more of the injuries she’s been plagued with. The pressure Russian athletes (especially figure skaters, rhythmic and artistic gymnasts) face is a heavy, crushing weight, but then add media intrusion, crazy fans, venomous critics and the rivalries with other competitors and their Stans in a country with massive amounts of talent worthy of international medals but very few spots for those competitions, and the results of all that drama, criticism, intrusion of privacy, and fierce competitions takes a physical and mental toll on athletes many forget are still children, teens or young adults, and it can be devastating with the destruction it often causes their mental health and confidence. 2:05

Послеолимпийский сезон нереально сложен.Арине браво ,молодчинка.Технику сохранила, очень хороша.Продолжает выступать,радостно.Даже на данный момент ,видны тейпы,Аверины лучшие,несмотря на определённый эмоциональный спад.

не хочу никого оскорблять, но сам факт того, что Арина сильно поправилась и повороты, прыжки, равновесия стали ОЧЕНЬ ТЯЖЁЛЫМИ никто не отменяет. Меня сейчас поймут только гимнастки , сравните выступления Арины и её поворот в заднее в 21-22 году и сейчас..Я не призываю ее к диетам и всё подобное, просто для выступлений она уже не годилась…

Aside from the first wink, she wasn't showing much expression, nor was there a defined character shown in her DBs, connections, dance steps... I think the artistry is not developed enough to impress 😞
