+ive have no antibodies because Rh antigen already present in so no need antibodies but on the other side -ive blood group have no Rh antigen so if foreign Rh antigen enter then it would make antibodies against it so (-ive) will have Rh antibodies.... That's way "negative" can donate (+&-)both...but can't receive from+Ive blood group....(I think my concept is right about it)Thank you!

In erythroblastosis foetalis the anti Rh antibodies enter the Rh positive foetus through the Rh negative mother ... As the Rh negative blood group produces anti Rh antibodies when stimulated .
