Well thank you for at least taking the time to assess and understand that they have such an amazing amount of chemistry. Even if that's not your thing I'm asexual actually demi sexual. Been said before in this particular posting Jack and Rhys can have an actually an awesome friendship and rescan allude to having a crush on Jack & Rhys' in some ways does respond.someone I title this in my own playlist I put it as Canon ish type pairing because it's based in your own perspective but they are legitimate canon pair.it's just more of an implied thing kind of like Hannibal the show Hannibal will and Hannibal his relationship wasn't actually brought into a fool physical part but they had a deep connection Jack and Rhys have a similar connection they seem to understand each other just fine I mean you can play it to where you don't like Jack and but they still have chemistry.... but Jack and Rhys in a friendship or actually pretty damn cute and Rhys( in full friend path) can actually get jack open up more than anybody I've seen in this particular series.don't get me wrong Jack's always funny he can say he's probably some of the funniest lines that I've seen this when he's being a total ass but a nicer Jack is also funny.can you get to know things that you probably wouldn't do like how deeply he respects Athena. also I don't remember the cut scene but if you're in a full friendship when Rhys falls at some point jack will catch him. I didn't realize that at some he could do that.

Well it's mostly implied thing in tales from the borderland Rhys' crush on Jack is cute and well if you play it that anway. So anyway if you side with Jack always Fanboy Rhys adorableand I don't think Jack is just leading him on there is a slight flirtation between the two .he talks about ruling the world together and it kind of reminds me of supernatural when that one chick Hale wanted Castrol to be one with her yeah it's the same thing Jack wants Reese to be one with him only two keys ready to cut Reese's head off to do it.I was out like dude why do you want out of his head if that's what you want and that's ridiculous.anyway or totally cool friendship with Jack that has more than implication of flirtation is what you get when you side with Jack all the way all the time. He's actually pretty damn funny kind of mean-spirited sometimes but mostly funny . How about you play getting you understand why people ship them so hard because it's sort of Canon ish and totally understandable if you actually see it from Rhyss point of view.most people's alternate ending or fix its are basically Jack and Rhys ruling Hyperion / Atlas together because that's what Jack promised.

If you like that check out the pairing on AO3. It's pretty simple really Google ao3 and it'll say archive of our own just click that and go to borderlands fiction. Jack and Rhys are technically the biggest pairing in the fandom. The best thing is that it's sort of canon. I believe that's why fan girls just took the idea and ran with it. Also if you Google Jack/Rhys you probably didn't want to be ao3 and the paring category ( or tagi what ever).

Much like Handsome Jack it's a mixed bag, but if side with him all throughout the game this pairing is alluded to. It's so subtle it really can't be considered Queer Baiting either since jack wants to one with your Rhys but needs to cut his head off so the get all power jack invisioning for them. And he sees Rhys' not wanting it as a betrayal.

Because as odd as it sounds and as weird as they are they're cute as hell. And if you've played the bromance version of the game then you would know that there's so much alike it's scary. That's why a lot of these portraits have a very almost indistinguishable who's Rhys and who's Jack because there's so much alike.

Rhys is bisexual and Jack is heavily implied to like Rhys if you know what I mean. If you go the bromance route there a chemistry and its undeniable all I'm going to say absolutely unavoidably there. Plus Rhys tells Fiona that you know Jack was special to him(and she feels like shit for teasing him for his boy crush). But rhys can also consequently flirt with Zero and borderlands 3 seems to be taking the Rhys and Zero (which I admit is cute)route instead of bringing Jack back or admitting that Jack is still around. and for those of you they're like Jack is dead yes I know but the AI Jack doesn't have to be. It's personal choice and the game itself hasn't put their two cents in as the weather they're going to allow AI Jack to stay around.and if you got a problem with homosexuality in any sense of the word you're in the wrong franchise. Because almost everybody's gay or bi in this game. In fact it's harder to find legitimately straight people in this game I mean there was uh Lillith and Roland does anybody else remember anybody else that's straight? Anybod?because literally everybody else has alluded to having a girlfriend and boyfriend(unless they're strictly gay like hammerlock) at some point. Or has a bi curious crush on somebody even if it's a bi crush. okay you may not watch supernatural but there was a show a long time ago when the Angels came to Earth spoiler who never seen the show. But there was an angel that wanted to be one with Castilel. He apparently had had a soul at one point therefore an angel could ask him to host them. So she wanted to be one with Castieil(Hail was her I think.)everybody thought she was pretty but they were happy that Castiel dodged that bullet. And call it whatever you want but Jack wanted that with Rhys. And because he whether you believe he's handsome Jack the real handsome Jack or just a cloned brain of handsome jack. Wanted to be inside of Rhys forever so he made Rhys CEO and was just going to take possession of his( Rhys') body and have like a forced friendship I guess.(unnecessary but Jack's weird). because that's how he protects the people he loves he protected Angel by pretty much protecting her possessively. Jack thought that making Rhys immortal by sticking his head on a robot would make them both invincible and cool. look I'm not saying that there wasn't the method to his madness and I'm not saying he was right either but in a sense he wanted the perfect ending for him and Rhys and that's how he saw it didn't want to and Jack felt betrayed. But you have the choice to either kill or save AI Jack and I saved him because I figured there was a safe way to give Jack what he wanted with Rhys and not have Rhys's head put on a robot. now if you did the bromance you know what a lot of people say when they saw shades of flirting between the two. It's implied okay that they have something I don't know what you're playing but it's very clear to people that did full bromance with Jack that it was there plain as day. As I said because I had already killed off handsome Jack. And they didn't know how they felt about having an AI Jack. I imagine they went to safer route and gave a zero bromance romance whatever you want to call it with Rhys. Because it's almost like they realize that tther was Zero as a love interest and when they saw how many people responded positively to Rhys flirting with Zero and Zero flirting back. it became a kind of an unofficial thing much like a lot of people grabbed on to the Jack and Rhys thing. oh yeah the Jack and Rhys thing I think one of the things that kind of sealed it for some people is that at some point Rhys cans flirt with Sasha or you were going for a Sasha romance this really pissed Jack off .He will would say no and a very flat way and it was pretty final and I was all like fine be that way and didn't pursue it.(kind of hard not to read something into that.) So think whatever you want. tales from the borderlands side all the fans see it in fact if you go to archive of our own they are the most dominating pairing in the fandom so yeah whatever. But now I imagine since it's been implied that Zero and Rhys are paired up they'll be a lot more that.

Sorry to break it to you but if you side with Jack all the way it is alluded to that he and Rhys have a thing. And they can quote rule the galaxy together.of course Jack wanted to cut your head off and put it on a robot doesn't make much sense in the grand scheme of things if you do side with them all the way but I can imagine and that retrospect he wants a body that won't age and die because theoretically the brain can live forever and with a little more tech like borderlands has Jack sees no end to making you ( Rhys)stay in his head with him forever.I didn't kill him I saved him put him away .I think since telltale went down probably won't doing any more of these games. But I know that borderlands does Incorporated it in as canon since since Fiona has been verified for another game and scooters death is canon. And I know Jack wasn't technically gay there was that one time in this game that if you're nice to Jack most of the time inside with them most of the time there is definitely an interest between them both. It's is a legitimate pairing even though it's mostly a friendship pairing it's an unsaid thing. Fairly sure that Rhys is definitely bi though because Rhys will kind of flirt with Zero too. As well as Sasha or Fiona or Jack.

Okay I suppose it depends on whether you're looking at Tales from the Borderlands siding with Jack. Because in that particular storyline you do get some hints in subjects that Rhys has crush on Jack and that it is not completely unreciprocated.But Rhys alo show interest in Sash ir fiona or even Zero and un like with moxie ..with Rhys zero flirts back. But yes in light of that in the fact that the new Borderlands has Zero and Rhys working together I would actually probably ship them more than I would with Jack.hey shipper do what they want i just saying they weren't completely wrong though.
