@@akankshasrivastava5607 Rudimentary law. Sushant's family accepted his death as suícide and filed an abetment to suícide case against Rhea in Patna. SC ordered CBI to investigate that case. Then Rhea filed an abetment to suícide case against Sushant's sister in Mumbai. Bombay HC found prima facie evidence against Priyanka and refused to quash the FIR. SC also rejected Priyanka's hopeless attempt to get the FIR quashed. When forensic reports confirm suicide without any foul play CBI can't investigate fictional murder. Legally no one is responsible for Sushant's suícide. Though his sister deserves to be jailed for forging a fake prescription and screwing up his mental health. Had he listened to his psychiatrists and Rhea instead of his sister he wld've probably survived his depressive phase. Alas!!
