Honestly, I'm surprised to hear someone say that this year of all years. In my opinion, WWE's women's division has been a highlight for quite some time now, and has in many instances been much more exciting than the men's main event scene... but despite how fantastic their match was, the build for Flair vs Ripley was very poor, as it has been for Belair vs ASUKA. Meanwhile, the story of Rhodes' redemption, and Reigns' hubris (along with the Fall of the Bloodline) has been pitch-perfect. The former isn't the fault of the female performers, just that the creative hasn't been as good. Either way, *amazing* match for Rhea & Charlotte last night. Fully deserve all the plaudits they're getting.

Kayfabe is basically dead as much as I would like it not to really be, but it could just be a WWE Network exclusive docu series for every Mania pre-match planning and post match discussion.
